What are the total, on hold, and transferable balance?

Total balance
The total balance is the amount you received from all transactions after deducted fees.
On hold
The balance on hold is the amount that Omise, by default, holds for a certain period after the transaction is made. This allows a window for chargebacks or refunds that may occur.
Thailand
Funds are kept on hold for 7 days.
Singapore
Funds are kept on hold for 1 days for cards payment and PayNow, and 5 days for Alipay+.
Japan
Funds are kept on hold for 21 days.
Transferable balance
The transferable balance is the amount that can be transfered to your bank account.
