What is the reserve balance?

The reserve balance is a feature to manage merchants' profile with high risk of chargeback or refund by reserving a certain percentage of merchants' average balance in the last 6 months.

If merchant is required by Omise to enable this feature, the dashboard will update as per the following picture:
