The answer is yes, we do offer fee reductions. Eligibility for lowering the transaction fee is determined and calculated based on your monthly sales volume and average charge amount (basket size).

What are the requirements?

1. A minimum of 1 month’s transactions processed through Omise, or legal proof of your monthly volume prior to using our service*.

2. The volume processed through Omise should exceed the following thresholds:

   • Monthly volume exceeding THB 3 million with an average basket size of THB 5,000 or more.
   • Monthly volume exceeding THB 1 million with an average basket size of THB 10,000 or more.

As mentioned, the calculation is made based on your business’s volume - the higher the volume and average charge, the lower your new fee may be. We also take into consideration your business category and risk profile.

Note that after qualifying for the reduction, merchants are expected to keep their account in good standing or the rates may be reconsidered.
