How do I recognize a charge that was paid using internet banking on the dashboard?

They're easily recognized. You'll see the tag [INTERNET BANKING] marked in front of the charge.

Here's an example of what you'll see on your dashboard:

Please note that Internet Banking is an alternative payment method which is currently available to merchants who have registered for Omise in Thailand only.
