Omise will hold the amount for 7 days before you can withdraw it to your bank account. You will find the amount under the on hold balance on your dashboard. Once the holding period is over, the amount will be automatically transferred to the transferable balance.

There is one daily transition of funds from your holding balance to your transferable balance. This will cover a 24-hour period, from midnight one day to midnight the next day.

For example, all charges created on December 1 will be shifted to your transferable balance on December 8 at 23:59.

The reason for keeping funds on hold is to allow a window for refunds and chargebacks.
